Groups of users can now be managed by an administrator or 'Group Manager'. He or she has the power to do the following:

• View an 'In box' of messages sent to the company number*. Recipients can therefore reply from their handsets back to Headquarters.
  
  
• Set a company footer which appears at the end of each text message sent. For example, 'From www.JJPharma.com'.
  
  
• Specify security settings for the whole group.
  
  
• Set a company originator such as 'JJPharm' which appears instead of a sender's mobile number.
  
  
• View logs of messages sent by user or group.
  
  
• View logs of messages sent by day, week, or month.
  
  
• Share contacts amongst all users in a group.
  
  
• Restrict users within a group from sending to mobile phones other than those specified by the Group Manager.
  
  
• Share distribution lists (for example 'South East Sales') amongst all users in a group.
  
  

TextMine® Corporate includes the usual TextMine® function of synchronizing with MS Outlook. Needless to say, users also have the benefit of the unique TextMine® ability to search thousands of contact and calendar entries from any location. A user can send a text message command and receive the requested information as a return SMS. The service can be used with any mobile, and reduces the need for more expensive handheld devices for individuals and large workforces.

Desk-based staff can log in via any browser either inside or outside the office to view data, and send messages and contact details via SMS.

Pricing

£587 +VAT for a 10 seat corporate licence, including 100 free text messages.

One seat equates to a single machine or one copy of MS Outlook. Substantial discounts are available for larger seat numbers. Please email for information.
